Ionics Technology Sdn. Bhd. is incorporated in Malaysia (Penang) in 1992 specializes principally in design, supply and service of pure and ultra pure water systems and water treatment equipment systems.

Initially, Ionics served only the then fledgling industrial sector in the neighborhood of Prai and Bayan Lepas. Today, after almost a decade of our establishment, we have grown to serve much broader industrial sector ranging from small plating industries to much sophisticated hi-tech electronics manufacturing industries in the northern region.

The company also engages consultant and develops mutual business co-operation and support from Salcon Pte Ltd, a Singapore based multi-national engineering company that specialized in design, construction of water treatment plant and equipment system. Various water treatment equipment companies have also appointed us as product distributor.

Ionics Technology has accumulated strength and capabilities to maintain our competitiveness in terms of newest technology and sophistication of today’s demands. We introduce Electro Deionization system, the state of the art equipment for ultra pure water generation. We have undertaken contract service of an ultra pure generation plant for a multinational electronic based company in Penang that requires very high flow rate of pure water at very stringent quality. We are trusted by various customers in the region to service and maintain their systems.

We are the distributor of Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchanger units. Known for its matchlessperformance, this mechanical unit helps to recover/reduce the heat for all types of media andthus, reduces the heating/cooling cost that customers need to bear. We are also able to performcleaning service for plate heat exchanger.
